“ What a hidden gem! Let me start by saying that my group of friends have stayed in cabins and fished all over the upper Midwest. From South Dakota to Ohio. This is right up there with the best of the best. Michele is a delight and very easy to work with and accommodating. The cabins were very clean and supplied with everything you could imagine while still giving you the Northwoods feel and charm. Lac Courte O'reilles is a BEAUTIFUL lake, and while the fishing wasn't great for us this time around it was still a great place to be out on the water. The bar/restaurant was top notch. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious and the beer was cold. What a treat to have something that nice so close to the cabins. Bartender Jake treated us like family and we looked forward to seeing him there every time we walked into the bar that week (which was was frequently). He's a huge asset to the resort. A storm rolled through and the owners were out picking up sticks and cleaning up bright and early the next morning. You can tell they really care about their resort and it shows! We will be back!!! ”
